Our DONSER Recyclable solutions are unique, high performance products that include stand up pouches, quad seal pouches and rollstock for form/fill/seal applications.

PP/PP

This is a common combination for producing woven bags. It offers excellent strength and tear resistance, ensuring the safety of pet food during storage and transportation. A PE liner can be added for moisture and oxygen barrier. It's suitable for pet feed over 5kg, recyclable, and allows for good printing.

PE/PE

This is a common combination used for producing stand-up pouches, flat-bottom bags, and quad seal bags. The advantage is that it provides excellent barrier properties against moisture, light, and oxygen. The disadvantage is that it is not as strong as other combinations, and it is not recyclable.

PET/PE

PET is used as the outer layer while PE is used as the inner layer. The advantage is that it provides good barrier properties and excellent strength, making it suitable for products that require high tensile strength. The disadvantage is that it is not eco-friendly and may not be recyclable.

Paper/PE

This combination is used for small pet food packages such as pouches and bags. The advantage is that it is biodegradable and sustainable, and provides good printing options. The disadvantage is that it can’t provide as good a barrier against moisture as other combinations.

Nylon/PE

Nylon is for the inner layer while PE is for the outer layer. The advantage is that it provides excellent barrier properties against oxygen, moisture, and odor. The disadvantage is that it is more expensive than other combinations.

PET/AL/PE

This is popular for products that require high barrier properties against oxygen and light. The PET layer provides strength and rigidity, while the aluminum layer provides an excellent barrier against light and oxygen. The PE layer provides a good sealant. The disadvantage is that it is not eco-friendly and may not be recyclable.
